He is survived by : his wife Bianca Simmons Sullivan; his children, Jonathan Sullivan, Tyler Sullivan (Zoe) and Anne Marie Sullivan; his mother Peggy Wall Kimes; his siblings, Andy Sullivan and Dixie Criddle; and his grandsons, Jonah Sullivan and John Luke Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
