He is survived by: his significant other Betty Blaylock; his children, Tommy Blaylock, Travis Blaylock (Jennifer), Travin Blaylock, Aimee Blaylock and Crystal Matthews (David); his siblings, Rudy Blaylock (Faye), Joann Stroud and Carolyn Reid (Al); and his grandchildren, Dillon Blaylock, Ethan Blaylock, Kaylee Blaylock, Brentyn Blaylock and Lani Blaylock.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Crystal Springs (26141 MS-27, Crystal Springs, MS 39059). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
