He is survived by: his parents, Mike Addy and Debbie Addy; his children, Memphis Grace Addy, Oliver Grey Addy and Owen Reid Addy; his siblings, Jeff Addy (Lisa), Jake Addy (Brandi), Jeremy Addy (Abby Scarbrough) and Rebecca Bene' (Daniel); his grandfather Richard Wilson; his close friends, Destinee Harrison and Destiny McIlwain; and his daughter Summer Addy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
