She was predeceased by: her stepfather Earl Bunch; her mother Nell Bunch; her brother Jamie Bunch; her stepmother Dorthy Wilkerson; her sister Betty Boone; her father Jim Wilkerson; and her grandson Marquise Poole.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Strait; her children, Rocky Strait (Becky), Billy Strait (Nicky) and Amanda Strait; her sister Trisha Ann Gilbert (John); and her nibling Chafony Poole (Bud). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
