She was predeceased by : her parents, Cooper Ray Goodson and Winnie Sims Goodson; her husband Archie Lee Bevill; and her siblings, Martha Rea James, Linda Nell Goodson, Virginia Ann Fleming, Howard Ray Goodson, Earl Wayne Goodson, Edwin Allen Goodson and James Cooper Goodson.

She is survived by : her children, Barbara Spencer (Keith) of Vardaman, David Bevill (Pam) of Calhoun City and Mark Bevill (Jamie) of Grenada; her siblings, Jerry Dale Goodson of Big Creek, Mary Bell Hobgood of Hardy, MS and Jessie Faye Russell of Bolivar, TN; and her grandchildren, Brad Spencer, Kim Laurin, Ginger Stewart, Amanda Blount and Dylan Bevill. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
