He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram E. and Lenora B. Rodgers (Booker); his sisters, Barbara Nelson and Helen Martinez; his nephew Jeff Johnson; and his niece Virginia Pitts.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Blake (Nosalik); his children, Steven D. Rodgers (Kristy) of Winfield and Marjorie J. Earl (Mike) of Fredericton; his stepsons, Stephen Nosalik (Sharon) of Gulfport, MS and Michael Nosalik of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Rachel MacKenzie Ingalls (Daniel) of Williston, ND and Jacob Daniel Earl (Megan) of Levant, ME; his great grandchild Adley Eva Earl; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Johnson and John Blake.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Sycamore United Methodist Church.
