He is survived by: his children, Laurie Helms Poole, Julie Marrow (Mike Mani) and Matthew Helms (Kandi); his stepson Mark Caliva; his siblings, Georgia Koch (Cyril), Dawn Kendrick (Denny), Beverlee Stevenson (Bill), Jolayne "Jodi" Nolda (Jim) and George "Chip" Helms; his grandchildren, Ashley, Mary Christine, Allison, Riley, Gavin, Sara and Chris; his great grandchildren, Norah and Morgan; Mary Caliva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
