She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hooper and Nelita Gorman Hooper. She is survived by: her husband Michael David Chapoton; her children, Melissa Chapoton Ridgeway (Collin) and John Charles Chapoton (Christina Caryl); and her grandchildren, Wesley and Lillian Ridgeway.
In remembrance of Eileen's life, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, charitable donations be made to Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Loyola University of New Orleans.
