He was predeceased by : his former life partner Nancy Baker; his son Tim; and his parents, James Ewing and Lillian. He is survived by : his wife Betty Gallinghouse; and his children, Cindy Austin (Dan), Tom (Suzie), Robert Gallinghouse, William Gallinghouse (Kim), Nancy Evars (Scott) and Claire Gallinghouse. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
