He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hulbert and Isabella Hulbert. He is survived by: his son Chris Hulbert (Lauren); his wife Connie Hulbert; his child Stacy (Ryan); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Emma and Ethan; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" and Susan (Ron). He is also survived by family members and friends.
