He is survived by : his wife Diane Travis Altsman; his children, Richard Travis Altsman (Megan Hurley), Amanda Grace Wesley (Matthew David) and Melissa Ray Altsman; his siblings, Sarah Koblentz (Rick) and Edward Altsman; and his grandchildren, Annora Altsman, Alexander Altsman, Benjamin Altsman, Lucille Wesley and Jacob Wesley.
