He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Case; his sons, Christopher Case and Kevin Case (Lisa); his siblings, Linda Davis (Ray), Michael Case (Sharon), Pat Hermanowicz (John), Kathy Veternik, Carol Case, Mary Stanley (Scott), Sue Valentine, Marian Koenig (Rich) and Pete Rickerson; and his grandchildren, Christian Case, Madelyn Case and Mila Case. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
