He was predeceased by: his former wife Frances; his daughter Michelle; his parents, Tay and Jerome; and his sister Luana.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Greenwell; his siblings, Tanya, Marian, Tim, John, Greg and Mike; and his stepsons, Lee (Amanda) and Keith. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
