He was predeceased by: his mother Danica Garbin (Pavlov); and his siblings, Peter Garbin (DeeDee), Frank G. Garbin (Nitza), Madelyn Carpenter (Earl) and Joseph Garbin (Dale).
He is survived by: his parent Grugur Garbin; his wife Lora Lee Garbin (Santa Cruz); his children, Dina Garbin, Shelly Frenzel, Gerilyn Moilanen (Jay), Johnny Poulos (Candice), Tammy Cuevas (Travis), Kelly Poulos (Danny) and Kevin Poulos (Rachel); his grandchildren, Lauren Broussard (Chris), Torri Bankston (Denver), Alyssa Garbin, Christopher, Cameron Frenzel, Stephanie Ridgdell (Micah), Ashlee Griffin (Josh), Jason Poulos, Justin Poulos (Hailey), Chelsea Hammond (Tyler), Hanna Martin (Geno) and Kyndal Poulos; and his great grandchildren, Haven, Hazel Broussard, Nash Bankston, Emelia, Emersyn Griffin, Oakleigh, Ramsey Ridgdell and Ridge Poulos.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Howard Avenue (675 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of D'Iberville (10446 Lemoyne Blvd, D'Iberville, MS 39540).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Vincent de Paul Society.
