He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Fountain (Peaches); his parents, Johnnie Fountain and Ida Fountain; his siblings, John Fountain, Jr., Gary Fountain and Mary Frances Johnson; and his grandson Clint Fountain.
He is survived by: his children, Art (Connie), Mark (Susan), Rod (Nancy), Hal (Karen) and Penny Daugherty (Vincent). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
