He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Seymour Ezell (Alan); his stepdaughter Allie Morgan Black (Matt); his grandchildren, Ann Marie Ezell, Grant Ezell (Lauren), Sadie Kate Black and Adley Grace Black; and his siblings, Charlena Seymour Hetrick and Jerry Seymour (Prudence). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
