She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Lee Hoffman and Lottie Morene Hoffman; her husband Howard Lemuel Taylor; her sons, Howard Daniel "Danny" Taylor, David Edward Taylor Sr. and Richard Lemuel "Dicky" Taylor; her grandchildren, Rita Taylor and Ricky Taylor; her great grandchild Susan Taylor; and her siblings, Thomas Hoffman, Annie-Ruth Worrell and Nancy Geary.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell Wayne Taylor, Donna Maria Taylor Yates (Doug) and Jerry Dean Taylor (Vickie). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ray Funeral Home (206 Bishop Rd, Cleveland, MS 38732). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Drew City Cemetery (169 S Union St, Drew, MS 38737).
