She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady C. Haynes and Bobbie Mitchell Haynes; her husband Charlie Frank Abel; and her siblings, Sara Laster, Patsy Wilson and Larry Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Kilburn (Mark), Charlie Abel, III, Jeff Abel (Melissa), Scott Abel (Cindy) and Grady Abel (April); her grandchildren, Kyle Abel, Jenni Kilburn Franks (TJ), Dylan Abel, Noah Abel, Mattie Abel, Luke Abel, Conner Abel, Colton Abel, Tristan Abel and Tyler Abel; and her siblings, Glenda Sanford, Sonja Haynes, Joe, Jimmy and Terry Haynes.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service (4817 Commerce St, Grenada, MS 38901). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Duck Hill Cemetery.
