Franklin Mask Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Mask of Dumas, Mississippi, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mask and Gracie Pannell Mask; his wife Frances Mask; his daughter Jeannie Drewery; his granddaughter Lynn Floyd; his great great grandchild Baby Hill; and his siblings, Buck Mask, Ellen McDowell and Virginia Grisham.

He is survived by: his granddaughters, Tammy Almand (Steven Ericksen) of Dumas and Penny Hill (Eric Bibb) of Dumas; his siblings, Kathleen "Kat" Cooper of Dumas, Ruth Thweatt of Pontotoc and Billy Roy Mask of Hatchie; his grandchildren, Tamara Hodges (Kelly), Lauren Childers, Burke Ericksen, Justin Almand, Jon-Brooks Almand, Tyler Hill, Brady Hill (Lexie Criswell), Caitlyn Douglas (Noah), Carree Floyd and Hunter Bibb; his great great grandchildren, Gunner, Nolan, Gracie Hodges, Kingston Childers and Lucas Sanderson; his grandson-in-law Bobby Floyd; and his caregiver Heather Rutherford.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the Lynn Floyd Scholarship Fund at Regions Bank, in Ripley, MS.
