He is survived by: his son-in-law Matt; his wife Julie Marie Summers; his daughters, Shannon Maire Hardy and Jenny Lynn Burnette; his grandchildren, Julie Hardy, Summers Hardy, Isabelle Burnette, Elisabeth Burnette, Katherine Burnette and John Burnette; his nieces and nephews, Lea Welch, Bob Wade and Claire Fanning; and his sister Linda Wade.
The family asks donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
