We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 87, Shirley Ann Furr of Dundee, Mississippi, born in Marvell, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Densmore and Carmie Parker Densmore; and her former husband R. C. Stanton. She is survived by: her husband Earnest "Sonny" Furr of Dundee, MS; her sisters, Pat Morgan of Aubrey, AR and Jessie Barnes of Marianna, AR; and her children, Robert Stanton (Laurie) of Dundee, MS, Louise Turner (Alan) of Grenada County, MS and Jean Strother (Alex). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
