He was predeceased by: his parents, W. A. Baxley and Montez Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Bill Baxley (Julie), Rob Baxley and Shannon Kavanaugh Hall; his grandchildren, Justin Baxley (Heather) and Emily Redditt; and his great grandchildren, Kyla Baxley, Lainey Baxley and Adalee Baxley.
