He was predeceased by : his parents, E. D. Warren and Helen Warren; and his sister Pamela Grant. He is survived by : his wife Sonja; his son Douglas Warren Jr. of Ellisville; and his brothers, Billy Warren (Dawn), Terry Warren (Janice) and Jerry Warren (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
