He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hill; his parents, Sidney O. Hill and Ethel Hill; his siblings, Sidney O. Hill Jr., Medwell "Bid" Hill and Hazel Jones; and his great grandchild Logan Cole Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Ray Hill Jr. (Linda), Kathy Eaves (Hiram), Karen Geddie and Michael Hill (Rita); his grandchildren, Haley Brady (Jonathan), Byron Hill, Greg Hill (Charla), Brandon Hill (Madison), Nikki Burkle (Ethan), Josh Eaves, Ryan Geddie (Brandi), Jennifer Pierce, Shawn Hill (Amber) and Chris Hill (Kirsten); and his brothers, Donald Hill, Sam Hill (Melba) and Mack Hill (Opal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home (1204 B Avenue, Ellisville, MS 39437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
