He is survived by: his wife Janet Cole; his children, Seth Cole (Lauren), Kris Hancock and Lauren Reynolds (Ian); and his grandchildren, Tinsley Cole, Taylin Cole, Kady Fertitta, Kade Hancock, Khloe Hancock, Cash Hancock, Delta Lynn Hancock and Dani Kay Hancock.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1200 MS-15, Laurel, MS 39440). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
