He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Ann Cates; his children, Ricky McGinty, Jr. (Amanda), Donnell McGinty Rogers (Kevin), Etta McGinty Norby (Derek), Nicky McGinty Smith (Jeff) and Vanessa Ann McGinty Dabbs (Brett); his sister Melissa Boutwell (Rob); his grandchildren, Logan McGinty, Dominique Marie King (Skyler), Kolten Rogers (Debra Rackley), Falynn Ava Norby, Tanner Smith, Harley Dabbs (Chris Alvarez), Addison Dabbs and Bryce Dabbs; his great grandchildren, Remington King and Colton Alvarez; and his extended family, Dockery, Zachery, Hunter Cates, Travis, Kimberly, Allen and Jeff McGinty.
