He is survived by: his son Joe Hood of Vardaman; his siblings, Jackie Hood of Ackerman, Jerry Hood (Donna) of Woodland, Leon Hood (Maria) of Coldwater, Jimmy Dale Hood of Water Valley, Sue Williams (Sonny) of Calhoun City and Lena Ward of Big Creek; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hood of Vardaman.
