He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Gray and Neetha Morgan Gray (Gray); and his wife Ivy Jane Johnston Gray (Gray). He is survived by: his children, Jamie "Shawn" Gray (Renee) of Falkner, MS, Craig Morgan Gray (Cheryl) of Burlison, TN. and Janee Gray Conner (Eddie) of Blue Mountain, MS.; his grandchildren, Ivy Johnson, Jamie Johnson Windham (Autry), Georgia Kate Conner, Edie Kay Conner, Jack Conner, Erin Gray, Katrina Gray, Nicole Lund (Jeremy), Cody Gray (Victoria), Winston Gray and Mallory Gray; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Gray, Elliott Gray, Truitt Gray, Anistyn Gray, Lily Gray and Parker Jene Bishop.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Falkner Baptist Church (61 Co Rd 269, Falkner, MS 38629). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
