She is survived by: her parents, George Edward Blades (Gladys) and Kay Crum Kilzer (Ricky); her husband Richie Dee Sanford; her daughter Nichole Sanford; her grandchildren, McKenzie Sanford and Colton Sanford; and her siblings, Tracy Blades, Tony Blades (Wanda), Rick Kilzer (Brooke), Rusty Kilzer and George Blades, Jr. (Lacy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and many many friends.
