He is survived by: his children, Walter A. Thomas, Lee Clark (Willie), Pamela Barnes, Debra Turner, Beatrice Cole (Biven), Jacqueline Thomas and Edna Starks; and his godchildren, Laquanda Washington and Jordan Lowe. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
