He is survived by : his wife Rossline Smith; his children, Treyon Washington, JaKeitha James, Catilin Smith and Rylei Johnnell Smith; and his sisters, Debbie Ann Hutchins, Flora Smith, Bobbi Lee Hollins and Volia Smith.
