He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton and Geroline Fulton; his sister Jeannetta Mitchell; and his great-niece Joleigh Cosenza. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Fulton; his daughter Stacy Ruth Horton (Matthew); his grandchildren, Blaise Horton, Gabby Horton and Becca Horton; his great grandchild Vera Ruth Horton; his sister Lorinda Alford (David); and his pet Casey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
