She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Fisher (Shortly); her parents, John Daniel Stephens "JD" and Jane Duff Stephens; and her son Bowman Harris "Bo" Fisher. She is survived by: her son Stanley Stephens "Stan" Fisher (Leslie) of Flowood; her brother John Daniel "Dan" Stephens, Jr. (Suzanne) of Jackson; her niece Emily Duff Stephens; and her grandchildren, Kaylin Renee Fisher, Nathan Crosby Hale (Brooke), Tucker Davis Hale (Taylor) and Jackson John Hale (Hannah). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Flora (102 Jackson St, Flora, MS 39071). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Flora Cemetery (291 1st St, Flora, MS 39071).
