He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Runnels and Helen Runnels; and his sister Mary Joe Crider. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Runnels; his children, Elizabeth Ainsworth (Michael), Brannon Runnels, Walt Runnels and Kristi Parker (Garret); and his grandson Wyatt Williams.
