He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orr and Alice Orr; his brothers, John Orr and Morris Orr; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Thompson, Robert Harrell, Lee Thompson and Donnie Prisock; and his mother-in-law Maidie Heair.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Heair Orr; his children, Beverly Orr Jepson (John), Chad Griffin (Tina) and Alisha Higginbotham (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica, Serena, Ellen, Kolbie, John Jr., Gary, Carlie Jayne (Rowdy), Griffin, Jessy, Emma and Dakota; his great grandchildren, Kohen, Abby, Grayson, Hennesy, Percival, Ophelia and Alora; his siblings, Barbara Orr and Albert Orr (Michelle); and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Harrell, Linda Heair, Brenda McVay (David) and Amy Prisock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mississippi Horse Rescue and First Baptist Church of Raymond.
