It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Spencer Davis of Florence, Mississippi, who passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Spencer Davis and Mary Joyce Britton Davis; his sisters, Rebecca Holman and Cynthia Denise Davis; and his granddaughter Sydney Kate Davis.

He is survived by: his sons, Josh Spencer Davis (Denise) of Richland and Britton Christopher Davis (Courtney) of Pulaski, Mississippi; his sisters, Debbie Roan (John) of Round Rock and Brenda Bullock (Thomas) of Jackson, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Noel, Caroline, Maci, Brayden, Kayden, Ava, Hazel-Claire, Noah, Peyton, Ashton and Brooklyn; his great grandchild Luna; and his nieces, Kayla Lents (Justin) of Richland and Sarah Lester (Ashley) of Richland, Mississippi..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Allen's memory.
