She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Eugene "Bouy" Haddox, Jr.; and her siblings, Sue Smith and Dan Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Dena Haddox Henry (Chris) of Florence; her siblings, Shirley Dyess, Sandra Ann Cherem, Rachel Stephens, Travis Smith, Lucky Smith and Troy Smith; her granddaughters, Victoria Brent (Justin) of Florence and Kerin Smith (Justin) of Florence; and her great grandchildren, Braydon Kelly, Joel Kelly, Maci Smith, Makenzi Smith, Waverly Brent and Mylee Cate Smith.
