He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Gonia Phillips; his sister Frances Phillips; and his brother-in-law Mike Holloway. He is survived by: his father Lloyd Phillips; his sisters, Kay Phillips Holloway of Florence, MS and Karmen Breazeale (Jeff) of Augusta, GA; and his pet Big. He is also survived by niece and three nephews.
