He is survived by: his brother Craig Downing (Anna) of Pontotoc; his nephews, Stephen and John (Abby); his niece Katherine; his brother Jeff Downing (Kim) of Jackson; his nephews, Matthew (Christina), William (Laney) and Peter; and his niece Elizabeth.
