He is survived by: his siblings, Dan, John and Barbara Campbell; his wife Lacey Ann Campbell; his children, Dr. Joe Hand Campbell Jr. (Beth), Theresa Campbell Irby (Mark) and Michele Campbell Dashiell (Austin); his grandchildren, Mary Allison Jack, Dr. Madeline Fitzpatrick, Margaret Campbell, Steven Irby, Lacey Irby, Jonathan Dashiell and Lauren Dashiell; and his great grandchild Penelope Jack.
