He was predeceased by: his parents, N. T. May and Ozie Gill May; and his grandchildren, Thomas Aaron May and Mallory Victoria May. He is survived by: his wife Nelda May; his sons, Marshall May (Tissy) and Marty May (Amy); his granddaughters, Madalyn Davis (Conner) and Morgan May; his great grandchild Marshall Thomas Davis; and his siblings, Rev. Tonnie May (Janet), Dorothy Calvert and Debbie Byrd (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Griffith Memorial Baptist Church.
