He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Garner and Alice "Geneva" Garner (Clark); and his siblings, Cecilia "Ann" Garner, Janet Garner Barnett and Craig Sidney Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Garner (Griffin); his daughters, Kristy Lynn Garner and Julie Marie Garner (Lanier); his granddaughters, Kadence McKenna Lanier and Madelyn Pate Lanier; and his pet Tobie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunica Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital.
