He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Bailey and H. C. Bailey Sr. A. He is survived by: his wife Tot; his daughters, Catherine Bailey DuBois (Andre) of Yazoo City, Carol Bailey Adkins (Brad) of Jackson, Tennessee, Jennie Bailey Baker (Will) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Stacie Bailey of Flowood, Mississippi; and his siblings, Cathie Bailey of Madison and Buster Bailey of Madison. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Jackson (1390 N State St, Jackson, MS 39202). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
