She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Mae Summers and Grady Bradley Summers. She is survived by: her children, Timothy B. Chadwick (Roberta) of Mt. Airy and Kay C. Drevyanko (Andrew E. Drevyanko Jr.) of West Norriton, Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Joanna K. Drevyanko of West Norriton, Pennsylvania and Andrew E. Drevyanko III of Brooklyn.
