He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stephens and Erma Lee Neese Stephens; and his siblings, Jackie, Henry Stephens and Beatrice Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Betty LeAnne Stephens and Andrew Stephens (Katlin); his grandchildren, Mikylia Stephens, Kanon Dement, Selena Chandler and Josiah Daniels; his sisters, Sue Harrison, Sarah Huff and Glenda Jordan; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
