She was predeceased by: her son James Nathan Russell; her parents, David Perry and Shirley Avard; and her sister Cindy Perry. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Russell of Forest, MS; her children, Clifford LaRue Russell (Deborah) of Collierville, TN and Stacey Leah Mitchell (Brian) of Forest, MS; and her brothers, Dan Perry (Diana), Mike Perry and Scott Perry. She is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Julie's memory to the Center of Hope Pregnancy Resource Center.
