He was predeceased by: his wife Callie Jewell "Judy" Withers Woods; his parents, Velma Woods and Wilson Woods; and his siblings, Abner Woods and Rena Woods Gatewood.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Durham (Mike) of Forest, MS., Jeff Woods (Patricia) of Forest, MS. and Tammy Bell (Greg) of Forest, MS.; his sister Irma Evans; and his grandchildren, Lacey Woods, Andy Woods, John Woods (Brianna), Stephen Woods, Michael Ann Durham, John Cade Durham (Samantha), Kristi Wade (Matt), Colton Bell and Jocey Spire (Zeb). He is also survived by His mother's sisters, brothers, and their children.
