He was predeceased by : his wife Judy Diann Morgan; his parents, Edgar Morgan and Doris Dunaway Morgan; his siblings, Ettie Morgan, Troy Lee Morgan and Nooley Edgar Morgan; and his son-in-law Joe Mitchell.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Diane Morgan Ashley (Gregory) of Foxworth and Pamela Ranee Morgan Mitchell of Foxworth; his grandchildren, Jessica Ashley McNeese (Trace), Joseph Tyler Mitchell (Layken) and Nyla Lord (Trent); and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Lord, Izabella Lord, Austin "Eli" McNeese and Seeley Joseph Lord.
