He was predeceased by : his wife Gay Stephens Bennett; his parents, Pierce Bennett and Ollie Bennett; and his great grandchild Emalee Arnett. He is survived by : his children, Linda Stringer (Wayne), Sue Long (Lee Campbell), Steve Bennett (Carolyn) and James "Jimmy" Bennett (Wanda). He is also survived by eleven Grandchildren, nineteen Great Grandchildren and four Great-Great Grandchildren, with a number of Nieces and Nephews.
