He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Lewis Thornhill (Jo Ann Duckworth Thornhill); his wife Cindy Thornhill; his children, Abby Smith (Alex), Shonna Ladner (Gary), Colby Thornhill (Bethany) and Anthony Broome (Bridget); his sister Twyla McLeod (David Sr.); and his grandchildren, Benson Smith, Betty Ann Smith, Adi Broome, Alayna Broome, Jaylynn Herrington, Layla Herrington and Bryce Ward.
